Our mission is twofold. First, the Mark Hicks Memorial Golf Outing, held annually, this year on October 12th at Arrowhead Golf Course in Greenfield, Indiana, is more than just a day on the green, it’s a celebration of life, friendship, and the power of community. It brings together those who knew Mark and those inspired by his story to share memories, enjoy the game he loved, and raise awareness for a cause that hits close to home.

Second, and most importantly, through the Mark Hicks Legacy Foundation, we are committed to supporting children and teens in the Indianapolis area who have experienced the profound loss of a parent or guardian. Through your charitable donations, in conjunction with the golf outing, we aim to provide emotional, educational, and financial support to help these young people navigate their grief and continue to grow into strong, hopeful futures.

We believe that every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and never alone in their journey. With every dollar raised and every swing of a club, we are building a legacy of love, resilience, and community—just like Mark would have wanted.
